Resolve Training is here to empower and help as many people as possible, with the ability to de-escalate and manage conflict to a peaceful conclusion
Our passion
To equip staff on the front lines who are at risk of threats and violence with simple, concise skills that allow them to feel confident in their role of safely supporting service users.
Our Way
Create person oriented training plans for our clients, and deliver person centered training modules for all course participants.
Based on our experience and expertise across different sectors, we are able to successfully train and transfer relevant skills to our participants in fun and engaging ways.
All our training are in line with Restraint Reduction Network (2019) standards, and fulfil all GSA (General Services Association) requirements. We work and train across the UK.
